dc.description.abstractIn this study, we have investigated the story of Seven Sleepers or "Eshâbü'l Kehef" as it is usually called in oriental sources. Among holy books, it appears only in Koran, but it is mostly belongs to oral traditions. We have investigated how the story has been affected by the cultural environment it is told.en_US
