This study examines the structure and operation of the Ankara Sugar Factory Farm between 1972 and 1996. By-products such as sugar beet pulp and molasses were utilized as animal feed, ensuring economic efficiency and sustainability. In addition to its production activities, the farm served as an educational center, teaching modern agricultural and livestock techniques to local farmers. Until its privatization in 1997, the farm presented a successful model of agricultural-livestock integration and made significant contributions to the sector.
