dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, kamuyu aydınlatma belgelerindeki bilgilerin yanlış, yanıltıcı ve eksik olmasından kaynaklanan hukuki sorumluluğun niteliği, unsurları ve sorumlu kişiler, SPKn’da bulunan farklı hükümlerin uygulama alanına göre incelenmiştir. Bu çerçevede karşılaştırmalı hukuktan faydalanılarak kamuyu aydınlatma ilkesi, kamuyu aydınlatma belgeleri ve bu belgelerdeki bilgilerden doğan hukuki sorumluluk sırasıyla ele alınmıştır. Son bölümde ise özellikle bu sorumluluğun sonucu olarak açılan tazminat davasının şartları ayrıntılı bir şekilde tartışılmıştıen_US
dc.description.abstractThis thesis dealt with the nature, conditions of the civil liability arising from the false, misleading and omitted information in disclosure documents in capital markets, also with the liable persons, in accordance with the scope of application of different provisions in the Turkish Capital Market Law. In this context, the disclosure concept, disclosure documents and civil liability arising from the unlawful information in these documents are respectively examined. In the final part of the thesis, specifically the conditions of action for damages as a result of such liability are analysed in detail.en_US
