Abstract
A novel high-throughput fabrication technique to produce polymer embedded functional chalcogenide nanowire arrays is demonstrated. Indefinitely-long selenium nanowire arrays are obtained and their size dependent photoconductivity is investigated. Logarithmic increase in photo-conductance is observed. © 2011 IEEE.
