"Temel Fıkraları"nda 'öteki'leştirme boyutu

Bu yazıda, çeşitli yazılı derleme kaynaklarından mümkün olduğunca farklı özelliklerini yansıtmaları amaçlanarak seçilen Temel fıkrası örnekleri ele alınacaktır. Bu inceleme sonucunda, ele alınan ve alınmayan çoğu fıkrada farklı dil kullanımı ve kıt akıllılığının vurgulanması yoluyla gülmece nesnesine dönüştürülen Temel fıkra tipi dolayımında, Türkiye’de, Lazlar özelinde Karadenizlilere yönelik belirli bir “tektipleştirme”, “ötekileştirme” ve bunlara bağlı olarak oluşan belirli bir “öteki” imajı ve toplumsal koddan söz edilip edilemeyeceği sorusu değerlendirilecektir.

In this article, several examples of Temel jokes, chosen from various written compilations with the aim of representing as many as possible different characteristics of this type of jokes, will be considered in an attempt to determine whether it is possible to discuss "stereotyping", "otherization" or its resultant image of the "other", and a certain shared social code concerning the peoples of the Black Sea region of Turkey, particularly the Laz. These issues will be considered in relation to the type of joke centering on Temel, who is transformed into an object of laughter by way of emphasis on different language usage and stupidity, as can be seen in most of the jokes referenced in this study, as well as in those not referenced.
