dc.description.abstractOne of the application areas that project management can effectively be applied is the construction industry. In this thesis, a case study is carried out in order to point out the importance and essentiality of project management, especially project scheduling and control. For this purpose, Microsoft Project Version 4.0 (a project management software) is used, and the applicability of Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Path Method (CPM) are considered.en_US
