1980 darbe süreci öğrenci önderlerinden Yılma Durak

Abstract

Çoğu devlette olduğu gibi Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nde de ülkeyi geriye düşüren darbe ve darbe girişimleri gerçekleşmiştir. 1980’de gerçekleştirilen 12 Eylül Darbesi de Türkiye için önemli bir kırılma noktasıdır. Devletin siyasi ve sosyal hayatını derinden etkileyen bu olayın öncesinde ve sonrasında önemli rol oynayan insanlardan biri de Yılma Durak’tır. Bu makalede MHP teşkilatlanmasında eğitim esaslı görev almış, Abdi İpekçi suikastı ve Papa II. John’a yönelik suikast teşebbüsünden hüküm giyen Mehmet Ali Ağca’nın hapisten kaçırılması olayında da ismi geçen Yılma Durak’ın kişisel ve siyasi yaşamı incelenmiştir.

The personal and political life of Yılma Durak, whose name was mentioned in the abduction of Mehmet Ali Ağca, who was convicted of the assassination attempt against John, was also examined.
