Hatay restaurant was established in the Bostancı region of Istanbul. This tavern is the subject of research because of its historical and artistic texture. This establishment, which serves as a tavern and a restaurant, took its name from the hometown of its previous owner. It is a place where Cemal Süreyya, one of Turkey's famous poets, frequently visits and spends time. These frequent visits had an essential role in the formation of the artistic structure of the tavern. In addition, there are some unique protocols included in it. One of these applications is the diary book. In this way, it provides the opportunity to reach historical documents written by the old writer and influential people who have visited the tavern. According to many notable people, this tavern is a historical monument when we collect all these features. As a result, this tavern, which has unique tastes and culture, still protects its reputation.
