      Abstract
      1 Temmuz 2012 tarihinden itibaren Türk ticaret hukukunda yeni bir dönem başlamıştır. Bu çalışmamızda yeni TTK’daki haksız rekabete ilişkin hükümlerin bir kısmı olan reklam ve satışyöntemleri incelenmiştir. Uygulamada sık karşılaşılacak olan bu konularıyeniden ve mehaz olan İsviçre hukuku ile AB hukuku dikkate alınarak konunun ana esasları ortaya konulmuştur. Haksız rekabet hukukunun yeni hükümleri incelenirken, önceki tarihli olan önemli ve isabetli bazı kararlar da tespit edilerek yeni hükümlerin uygulamasına yol göstermesi amaçlanmıştır.
       
      A new era has begun in Turkish Commercial Law on July 1, 2012. In this work, advertising and sale methods, which form a part of the articles regarding unfair competition in the new Turkish Commercial Code have been examined. The abovementioned issues, which are encountered quite often in practice, have been laid down substantially, through the consideration of the source of the Code, Swiss Law, and the EU Law. In the process of analysis, significant and felicitous former court decisions have been identified, with the aim of them having a guiding effect to the application of the new articles.
