Yenikapı dervish Lodge, which is one of the lodges that played host to many sectaries in Ottoman Empire from 14. Century, has been used for a lot of purposes such as prayer and art. With the closing of dervish lodges in 1925 by Mustafa Kemal, Yenikapı has lost its properties and functions in the Ottoman era as all the other lodges. Nevertheless, the art that it has been hosting still remains even though it is highly rare.en_US
