Sipsi is in the group of Turkish Folk Music wind instruments that is unique to the Teke region. Furthermore, within the scope of the study, the results of the online interview made with Mr. Mehmet Bedel, who is the producer and performer of the sipsi, who has brought the sips to today and left a mark in international competitions, are also included; information obtained from the literature review on the subject is presented.en_US
