Kuşkonmaz bitkisinin Türkiye’ye gelişi ve ekonomik katkıları

Bu makale kuşkonmaz bitkisini, bu bitkinin Türkiye’ye geliş hikayesini, üretim bölgelerini ve gelişi itibariyle ekonomiye olan katkılarını istatistiksel açıdan inceleyen bir çalışma olacaktır. Bu makale sözlü tarih çalışmaları çerçevesinde kuşkonmaz bitkisinin ekonomik katkılarının araştırılmasını hedeflemektedir. Bu çalışma sırasında Kemal Arman Badur ile görüşülerek kuşkonmaza dair Türkiye’deki genel durumun anlatılması hedeflenmektedir. Bu çalışma Türkiye’de bilinirliği kısıtlı olan kuşkonmazı tanıtmak ve katkılarını belirtmek için önemlidir.

This article will be a study that statistically examines the asparagus plant, the story of this plant's arrival in Turkey, its production regions and its contributions to the economy since its arrival. This article aims to investigate the economic contributions of this plant within the framework of oral history studies. During this study, it is aimed to talk to Kemal Arman Badur and explain the general situation regarding asparagus in Turkey. This study is important to introduce asparagus, which has limited awareness in Turkey, and to indicate its contributions.
