| dc.description | The History of Turkey course (HIST200) is a requirement for all Bilkent undergraduates. It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards. | |

| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırma, İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent Üniversitesi Sağlık Merkezinin kuruluşunu, gelişimini ve çevredeki diğer üniversitelerin sağlık merkezleriyle olan benzerliklerini ve farklarını incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bilkent Sağlık Merkezinin tarihi ve gelişimi, Sağlık Merkezinin Başhemşiresi Yüksel Dur ile yapılan röportaj kapsamında ele alınacaktır. Üniversitelerin Sağlık Merkezleri arasındaki farklar ise üniversitelerde yürütülen akademik anketler ile röportajda edindiğimiz bilgiler karşılaştırılarak sunulacaktır. Sonuç olarak bu araştırma, İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent Üniversitesi Sağlık Merkezinin tarihsel gelişimi ve günümüzdeki politikaları hakkında bütüncül bir perspektif sunarak merkezin niteliklerini belirlemekte ve çevre üniversitelerin sağlık merkezleriyle karşılaştırmalı bir değerlendirme yapmaktadır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to examine the establishment, development, and similarities and differences of the İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent University Health Center compared to the health centers of other universities. The history and development of the Bilkent Health Center will be analyzed through an interview conducted with the Chief Nurse of the Health Center, Yüksel Dur. Differences among university health centers will be presented by comparing data gathered from academic surveys conducted at universities and insights obtained from the interview. Ultimately, this study provides a comprehensive perspective on the historical development and current policies of the İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent University Health Center, identifying its characteristics and offering a comparative evaluation with the health centers of neighboring universities. | |
