The Bursa Atatürk House is one of the important landmarks reflecting the historical and cultural fabric of Bursa. It is notable both for its architectural features and its connection to Atatürk. Located on Çekirge Avenue, this unique building stands out with its fine woodwork, panoramic view, and traces of 19th-century French architecture. Although the identity of its first owner is not definitively known, it is widely believed to have belonged to Miralay Rasimpaşazade Mehmet Bey. Atatürk frequently stayed in this house during his visits to Bursa between 1922 and 1938, and it holds many of his personal memories. In this context, it sheds light on both Atatürk’s personal life and the local reflections of the Republic. Today, the house serves as a museum and continues to be a symbolic structure representing Atatürk’s legacy in Bursa.
