Köyde Türkiye’nin ilk köy etnografya müzesi bulunmakla beraber ünlü Türk Halk Müziği sanatçısı Ali Ekber Çiçek’in de mezarı bulunmaktadır.en_US
The Turkmens of Tahtacı have existed for many years and have not lost their identity until today. They changed their nomadic lives in the Taurus Mountains and the North Aegean by settling down due to the last period policies of the Ottoman Empire. The isolation of the nomadic life for many years caused their culture to still exist and they continued the old Turkish and shaman traditions. One of the first villages that is established in the process of the settled life is Kuşlar Bayırı village, which will later be registered as Tahtakuşlar. Tahtakuşlar village is one of the most important villages of the Turkmens of Tahtacı, who lived in the foothills of Kaz Mountain. They lived a nomadic life for many years, and named Kaz Mountain and some of its regions. Turkey's first ethnographic museum in the village is located in the village. The tomb of the famous Turkish Folk Music artist Ali Ekber Çiçek is also located here.en_US
