Altın Portakal’ın perde arkası: 1995-2005 yılları arasında festival süreci ve yerel sinemaların rolü

Abstract

Bu proje, yerel sinemaların Altın Portakal Film Festivali’ne 1995-2005 yılları arasındaki katkılarını incelemektedir. Çalışmamız, söz konusu tarih aralığında festivalin organizasyonunda görev almış yerel bir sinema işletmecisinin tanıklığında yaşanan çarpıcı olay ve kişiler hakkında bilgiler vermektedir. Bu kapsamda çalışma okuyucuya Orbay Yapan’ın tecrübelerini doğrudan aktararak Altın Portakal’a farklı bir perspektiften bakma ve değerlendirme fırsatı sunmaktadır. Böylece çalışmamız festivalin yerel sinema sektörü aracılığıyla Antalya halkından başlamak üzere tüm toplumu etkileyen bir platform görevi gördüğü değerlendirilen bulgular içermektedir.

This project examines the contributions of local cinemas to Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival between 1995-2005. Our study informs about important people and cases in the festival that were testified by a local cinema director who took responsibilities in the organization during the mentioned period. Therefore, the study provides the reader to have the opportunity to look at the festival through Orbay Yapan’s true-life experiences. As a result, our study is composed of the findings indicating the effective role of the festival through local cinemas both over the local people as well as the whole community by serving a true platform as a whole.
