Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi Kütüphanesi’nin tarihi

Bu projede tarihi I. Meşrutiyet dönemine dayanan ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin kurulması ile Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi’ne devredilen Meclis Kütüphanesi’nin tarihi incelenecektir. Osmanlı döneminde Ayan ve Meclis-i Mebusan Kütüphanesi olarak görev yapan bu kütüphanenin hem Osmanlı hem de Cumhuriyet dönemlerindeki tarihi araştırılacaktır. Cumhuriyet dönemi Meclis Kütüphanesi’nin binasının mimari özellikleri ve kütüphanenin yönetmeliği de araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır.

This project examines the history of the Library of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, which was founded in 1876 with the first constitutional monarchy of the Ottoman Empire and transferred to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey after the Republic of Turkey was founded. The history of this library that has worked as the Library of the Chamber of Notables and the Library of the Chamber of Deputies during the Ottoman Empire times will be examined from both the Ottoman Era and the Republic Era. The architectural features of the buildings and the management of the Library of the Assembly of the Republic Era were also taken into consideration of this research.
