Almanya’dan Türkiye’ye dönen Balaban ailesinin gözünden göç

Abstract

Projede, 1968 yılında Almanya’ya ekonomik sebeplerden dolayı göç eden Balaban Ailesi’nin deneyimlerinden yola çıkarak göç olgusunun farklı boyutları incelenmiştir. Göçün ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel alanda yarattığı etkiler mercek altına alınmıştır. Almanya’ya göç eden Balaban Ailesi çocuklarıyla birlikte bu sürece tanıklık etme fırsatı bulduğu için bu projede iki farklı nesilde göçün yarattığı sonuçlar ele alınmıştır. Buna ek olarak aidiyet kavramı, adaptasyon süreci ve iki halk arasındaki ilişkiler de incelenmiştir. Araştırılan konular ve olgular göç sürecinin tanıklarından birisi olan Murat Balaban ile yapılan röportaj ve bazı birincil ve ikincil kaynakların yardımıyla desteklenmiştir.

In this project, the different dimensions of the phenomenon of migration were investigated with the help of the experiences of the Balaban family who immigrated to Germany in 1968 due to economic reasons. The economical, social and cultural effects of migration were examined. Since the two generations of the Balaban family had a chance to experience this period, in this project the results of migration in different two generations were discussed. In addition to this, the phenomenon of belonging, the process of adaptation and the relationships between the two folks were examined. The subjects and phenomenons are supported by an interview done with Murat Balaban who is a witness of the process of the migration and some sources which can be classified as first and secondary.
