Rönesans Holding ve Türkiye'deki yeri

1993 yılında Erman Ilıcak tarafından kurulan Rönesans Holding, inşaat sektöründe başlayarak çok kısa bir sürede enerji, sağlık, AVM, vakıf gibi birçok çeşitli projelere imza atmıştır. Rönesans Holding ile ilgili araştırıp belgeleyeceğimiz konular şu şekildedir: şirketin büyümesini sağlayan temel faktörler; Türkiye ve Rusya arasında sağlanan ilişkiler ve önemleri; çalışanlarına sağladığı iş güvencesi; sorumluluk sahibi bir şirket ve işveren olmalarını sağlayan ilkeler; yaptıkları sosyal sorumluluk projeleri.

In 1993, Rönesans Holding which is established in Russia by Erman Ilıcak, carried out various projects in many sectors such as energy, health, shopping mall, foundation in a very short period of time, starting from the construction sector. Our project investigates the key factors that make Rönesans Holding grow, the relations which they provided between Turkey and Russia, opportunities that they provided for their employees, principles which makes a company or employer aware of their responsibilities. Also, we mentioned about some of their charity works. According to our interview with Ferit Seyfi Yağmuroğlu -a board member of Rönesans Holding-, we concluded that they have reached their success as the result of their right commercial strategies and trustworthy board members those who cultivated inside the Holding.
