Doğu Türkistanlı öğrencilerin Türkiye’ye göçü

1990-2000 tarihleri arasında Uygur öğrencilerin Türkiye’ye yaptığı göçü ele alan bu araştırma, tarihsel arka planı değerlendirmek için göç sürecinin öncesine daha geniş bir perspektifle değinmektedir. Göç sürecinin başlangıcı, devamı ve bu olaylar dahilinde göçmenlerin yaşadıkları incelenecektir. Buna bağlı olarak, Türkiye’nin göç sürecindeki rolüne de ayrı bir bölüm altında yer verilecektir. Türkiye’deki Uygur diasporasının bazı önde gelenleriyle bu bağlamda röportajlar yapılmıştır.

This research addresses the migration of Uighur students to Turkey between 1990-2000, to assess the historical background, it refers to a wider perspective, which requires also mentioning the times before the migration process. The beginning and continuation of the migration process and the experiences of migrants within the scope of these events will be examined. Accordingly, the role of Turkey during the migration process will be presented under a separate section. In this context, some of the leading members of the Uighur diaspora in Turkey were interviewed.
