HIST 200 dersi kapsamında yapılan, Sirkeci Garı ve Kalbindeki Orient Express Restaurant adlı bu makale ile İstanbul’da 1890 yılında Sirkeci Tren Garı ile aynı zamanda kurulmuş olan Orient Express Restaurant’ın tarihsel gelişiminin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
