| en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a noninvasive imaging technique with high soft tissue contrast, which is used in the diagnosis of many diseases. Since MR signal varies based on the structure of the tissue to be imaged, it is possible to obtain images with more than one contrast using MRI. Although multi-contrast MRI increases the amount of information for clinical diagnosis, the problem that contrasts cannot be imaged due to scan time limitations or they contain a lot of noise even if they are imaged makes the use of this method difficult. The method developed for this problem is to learn the transformation between the source and target contrasts in deterministic neural networks that provide synergistic reconstruction-synthesis. As a result of the studies carried out within the scope of this project, it is determined that highly undersampled images are successfully reconstructed using the synergistic reconstructionsynthesis model and the transfer learning method. | en_US |
