Ordu’nun Perşembe ilçesi’ndeki Aziziye Mahallesi’nin tarihi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada Ordu’nun Aziziye Mahallesi’nin 1960’lı yıllardan başlayarak günümüze kadar uzanan ekonomi politikası, geçim kaynakları, eğitim, sağlık ve ulaşım imkanları ve bunların arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca; mahalle kültürel açıdan da değerlendirilmiş, halkın eğitim durumu, aile ve komşu dinamikleri, kadın-erkek iş gücü dağılımı ve göçle gelen iş gücüne halkın bakış açısı incelenmiştir. Mahallenin sosyo- ekonomik ve kültürel durumuna büyük etkisi olan göç konusu ise ayrıca irdelenmiştir. Aziziye Mahallesi’nin tarıma ve özellikle de fındık üretimine katkılarından sonra son yirmi yılda turistlerin uğrak mekânı olmasından ötürü araştırmaya değer görülen bu inceleme, geçmişten günümüze mahallenin değişiminin gözlemlenmesi üzerinedir. Aynı zamanda, bu mahalleyle ilgili yazılmış pek fazla kaynak bulunmadığından, bu konunun araştırılmasında önem arz etmektedir. Araştırmanın sonucunda Aziziye Mahallesi’nin tarım kaynaklarının zaman içerisinde farklı kollara dağıldığı, fakat en çok verimin fındıkta görüldüğü, dış göçün mahalle kültürü üzerinde büyük bir etkisi olmasına rağmen son dönemlerde iç göçle ve zamanla beraber etkisinin azaldığı bilgilerine ulaşılmıştır.

In this research, the economic policy, means of living, education, health and transportation of Ordu's Aziziye District beginning from the 1960s to the present and the relationship between these means were investigated. Moreover; the neighborhood was also evaluated in terms of culture, the education level of the people, the family and neighborhood dynamics, the distribution of the male-female workforce and the perspective of the people on the immigrant labor force were examined. The issue of migration, which has a great impact on the socio-economic and cultural situation of the neighborhood, is also examined. This research, which is considered worthy of research because Aziziye District has been a frequent destination for tourists in the last twenty years after its contributions to agriculture and especially hazelnut production, is about observing the change of the neighborhood from past to present. At the same time, since there are not many written sources about this neighborhood, it was important to investigate this issue. As a result of the research, it was found that the agricultural resources of Aziziye District were distributed in different branches over time, but the highest yield was seen in hazelnuts, and although external migration had a great effect on the culture of the neighborhood, its effect has decreased recently with internal migration and over time.
