The administration of the island of Cyprus has been an international problem until today. Kutlay Keço, the main character of our research, has been helping us research the social, economic and political situations of Cyprus since his childhood. The main goal of our research is to shed light on the history of the island, which transpired in the 1960s and eventually turned into two autonomous states. In addition, it is to examine and honor the life of Kutlay Keço, who personally lived through that period and later devoted himself to Cyprus. We also added the Turtle Protection Association to our research, which has made great contributions not only to Cyprus but also to our environment.
