dc.descriptionThe History of Turkey course (HIST200) is a requirement for all Bilkent undergraduates. It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.

dc.description.abstractÇalışmanın amacı Türkiye'nin ilk ve tek yerli spor otomobili olma özelliğini barındıran Anadol adlı marka grubunun STC-16 isimli modelinin üretime başlanmasının altında yatan sebepleri, ona zemin hazırlayan şartları, aracın üretim, satış, pazarlama sürecini, mekanik olarak dönemine göre kıyaslandırılmasını, bitişine sebep olan etmenlerin ve açıklamalarının ve üretiminin bitimi sonrasında yaşanmış olayların incelenmesidir.
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to explain the underlying reasoning behind the production and marketing of the Anadol STC-16; which is named to be the first and only production sports car made in Turkey, while comparing it mechanically to the rivalling cars of the time and to provide the reasoning behind it's failure as a product by investigating things that has happened before, during and after its production.
