1960'lardan günümüze Kayseri sanayisinin gelişimi

Abstract

Bu araştırma projesinin konusu Kayseri Sanayisi ve 1960’tan günümüze kadar olan gelişimi olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu konu kapsamında, zaman içinde değişen ekonomi politikalarının Kayseri’ye olan etkisi ve buna bağlı olarak özel sektörün gelişimi de incelenmiştir. Kayseri tarih boyunca önemli bir ticaret merkezi olmuştur. özellikle Cumhuriyet’in kuruluş döneminden sonra yapılan atılımlar ve gelişmeler neticesinde Kayseri, Anadolu’nun sanayi ve ticaret yükünü üstlenmiştir. Bu projede, Kayseri Sanayi Odası Meclis Başkanı Abidin özkaya, Demiryaka Holding CEO’ su Necmettin Baktır ile yapılan röportajlardan yararlanılmıştır. Birincil kaynak olarak yine Kayseri Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nin arşivi bu proje için geniş çaplı bilgi sağlamıştır. Buna ek olarak, sektörel bazlı incelemelerde sunduğu bilgiler ile bize ışık tutmuştur. Röportaj yapılan kişilerin ise Kayseri sanayisinde etkin bir rol oynamaları ve içinde bulundukları sektörler hakkında bilgi sahibi olmaları projenin hazırlanmasına büyük katkı sağlamıştır. The subject of this research paper is chosen to be the industry of Kayseri and its development since 1960. In the scope of this topic, effects of the economic policies that have been changed in time in Kayseri and developments of the private sector based on these policies are analyzed. Kayseri has been an important center of trade throughout history. Kayseri has taken the lead in trade and industry in Anatolia especially by means of progresses that were made after the establishment of the Republic. In this project we interviewed with Abidin Ozkaya, who is the president of Chamber of Industry and Necmettin Baktır, who is CEO of Demiryaka Company. Besides, Organized Industrial Site archive provided extensive information for this project. In addition to this, the information that is gathered from the research based on the sectors shed light on us. Interviewing with people who play important roles in the industry and their knowledge about sectors had a great impact on our project.
