1980 Darbesinin sivil toplum kuruluşlarına etkisinin incelemesi: Ankara Çerkes Derneği

1980 darbesi, Türkiye’de eğitime, siyasete ve toplumsal hayata fazlasıyla etki ettiği gibi, aynı zamanda sivil toplum kuruluşlarını da etkilemiştir. Toplumun önemli bir parçasını oluşturan, bir misyon altında birleşen gönüllü üyelerden oluşan sivil toplum kuruluşları, darbenin etkisi altında kapanmak durumunda kalmıştır. 1950-1960’lı yıllar ve devamında Çerkes derneklerinin sayısı çerkeslerin göç etmesi ve dayanışma isteğinin artmasıyla birlikte sıklaşmıştır, fakat darbenin etkisiyle diğer dernekler gibi Çerkes dernekleri de etkilenmiştir. “Kuzey Kafkasya Kültür Derneği” adıyla açılan derneğin kapanmasıyla birlikte, özlerini ve kimliklerini istedikleri gibi özgürce benimseyemeyen Çerkesler, kendilerini temsil eden bir kuruluş da faaliyetlerini bitirmek durumunda kalmıştır. 1980 darbesinin bitimiyle birlikte sivil toplum kuruluşları yavaş yavaş tekrar faaliyet göstermeye başlıyor ve Çerkes derneği, “Ankara Çerkes Derneği” adı altında tekrar açılmıştır. bu araştırmada 1980 darbesi öncesi, darbe sırası ve darbeden sonraki süreci inceleyerek çerkeslerin durumlarının yanı sıra, darbenin sivil toplum kuruluşlarına etkileri incelenecektir. bu inceleme için sözlü ve yazılı kaynaklardan faydalanılacaktır.

The 1980 coup d'état affected education, politics and more in Turkey, as well as affecting non-governmental organizations. non-governmental organizations, which constitute an important part of society and consist of volunteer members who unite under one mission, were forced to close under the influence of the coup. in the 1950s-1960s and on, the number of circassian associations increased with the migration of circassians, but circassian associations, like other associations, were affected by the impact of the coup. With the closure of the association opened under the name of ”north caucasus cultural association", circassians who could not freely adopt their essence and identity as they wanted, an organization representing them also had to end their activities. With the end of the 1980 coup, non-governmental organizations are gradually starting to operate again and the Circassian association has been reopened under the name of “Ankara Circassian Association”. In this research, the effects of the coup on non-governmental organizations as well as the situation of Circassians will be examined by examining the pre-coup, the order of the coup and the aftermath of the coup in 1980 and the effects of the coup on non-governmental organizations. oral and written sources will be used for this review.
