dc.description.abstractThis study discusses the effectiveness of the agricultural policies applied in Turkey as well as the new premium system which was put in progress in 1993 and proposes the establishment of cigricultural futures markets as an alternative agricultural policy. In order to cope with the improvements in the world, new and creative markets such as futures, have to be established in Türkiye, after providing the necessary preconditions.en_US
