Milli Mücadele ve Sevr Antlaşması dönemindeki çoklu Posta Teşkilatı

Osmanlı Devleti’nin yabancı devletlere verdiği kapitülasyonlar aracılığıyla yıllar içinde Osmanlı topraklarında yabancı devletlerin büyük paralar kazandığı sektörler oluşmaya başlamıştır. Bu durum 1. Dünya Savaşı sonrası Milli Mücadele döneminde iyice artış göstermiştir ve Osmanlı Devleti’nin iş kollarına da el konulmaya başlanmıştır. Bu iş sektörlerinden biri olan postacılık Anadolu topraklarında birçok devletin idaresinde gerçekleşmiştir. Posta Teşkilatı Milli Mücadele döneminde büyük bir önem arz ettiğinden Anadolu Hükümeti posta yollu iletişimi korumak ve bağımsız bir teşkilat oluşturmak için çaba göstermişlerdir. Bu yazıda, yabancı devletlerin posta teşkilatlarının Osmanlı topraklarındaki kuruluşu, Milli Mücadele dönemindeki çoklu posta teşkilatı ve Milli mücadele sonrası Türkiye Cumhuriyetinde posta teşkilatı anlatılmış ve siyasi olayların posta teşkilatına etkisi incelenmiştir.

Through the capitulations given to foreign states by the Ottoman Empire, sectors in which foreign states earned large amounts of money started to form in the Ottoman lands over the years. This situation has increased in the period of the War of Independence after the 1st World War and the business lines of the Ottoman Empire have begun to be seized. Postal business, which is one of these business sectors, was carried out under the administration of many states in Anatolia. Since the Post Office was of great importance during the War of Independence, the Anatolian Government made an effort to maintain postal communication and to establish an independent organization. In this paper, the postal service provider in the Ottoman territories of foreign states, the National Struggle period after fighting multiple postal operators and national postal operators, described the Republic of Turkey and the impact of political events on the postal service were examined.
