Türkiye'de kurulan ilk internet siteleri ve Türk toplumunun bu sitelerdeki yansıması

Abstract

1993 senesinde İnternet’in Türkiye’ye gelmesi ile 2007 senesine kadar ele alınan yaygınlaşma süreci içerisinde ağırlıklı olarak ilk dönem ele alınarak kurulan ve halk tarafından sıkça kullanılan ilk internet sitelerinin Türk toplumunun sosyolojik yapısı hakkında önemli bir perspektif kazandırması sebebiyle bu makalede Türk toplumunun kurulan ilk internet sitelerindeki yansıması incelenecektir. Bu makale öncelikle, Türkiye'nin ‘World Wide Web’e nasıl katıldığını, ilk kurulan web sitelerini ve bu web sitelerinin kurulmasının kronolojik olarak sebepleri olan akademik eğitim, seçim sonuçlarının duyurulması, hükümet ve bakanlık web siteleri, kurumsal web siteleri, sohbet tabanlı web siteleri aracılığıyla sosyalleşme, sorunlara karşı bir tür toplumsal örgütlenme biçimi, video oyunları oynama ve sonraki dönemlerde elektronik ticaret aracılığıyla nüfusun sosyolojik yönünün bu sitelerdeki yansımasını analiz edecektir. Ayrıca internetin yaygınlaşmasının getirisi olan siber güvenlik açıkları, internet suçları, yasaklar, sansür ve yasal kısıtlamalar gibi ortaya çıkan bu olumsuz sonuçlar incelenecek. Son olarak, bu sitelerin kullanım sıklığı, içerik çeşitliliği ve internetin kamuoyunda yaygınlaşmasının olumsuz sonuçları hakkında edinilen bilgi ve yapılan çıkarımlara göre Türk toplumunun internete bağlanması ile açılan ilk internet sitesi üzerindeki yansımasının analizi sonuçlandırılacaktır. The first launched and widely utilized websites by the Turkish Public in the journey of the World wide web launching in Turkey between the years of the launch year 1993 and the proliferation period up to the year 2007 is crucial in the understanding of the sociologic structure of the Turkish public. This paper will start to analyze the reflection of the sociologic aspect of the population through the firstly established websites in turkey by briefly giving the history of how turkey joined the world wide web, the first launched websites and the purpose behind these websites chronologically including academic education, the announcement of election results, government and ministry websites, corporation websites, socialization through chat-based websites, a form of communal assembly against problems, playing video games and in later periods electronic commerce. Furthermore, the negative outcomes of the proliferation of internet across the public such as cyber security deficits, internet crimes, bans, censorship and legal restrictions will be analyzed in order to lastly conclude the analysis of the Turkish public according to the data of the usage frequency, contextual diversity of these websites and the negative outcomes of internet’s proliferation among the public.
