1990 - 2000 yıllarında tarımsal destek politikalarını anlamak: Giresun örneği

Tarım, türlü gıda maddelerinin toprak üzerinde yetiştirilmesi ve ürün elde edilmesi için yapılan faaliyetlerin bütünüdür. Türkiye için tarım sektörü, Cumhuriyetin kuruluşundan itibaren günümüze dek en önemli sosyo-ekonomik kaynaklardan biri olmuştur. Tarım Bakanlığı’nın liderliğinde Türkiye’nin tarımsal açıdan gelişmesi için birçok politika uygulanmış ve çiftçilere tarımsal destekler aracılığıyla birçok teşvik verilmiştir. Giresun özelinde de Türkiye genelinde uygulanan politikalar ve il genelinde çıkarılan politikalar uygulanmıştır. Bu konu incelenirken 1997 başından beri Giresun İl Tarım ve Orman Müdürlüğünde çalışan ve Haziran 2012 kurumda İl Müdürlüğü yapan Dr. Muhammet Angın ile röportaj yapılmıştır. Çalışmada Giresun’daki tarım ve tarım politikaları irdelenmeden önce Türkiye genelindeki tarım ve tarım politikaları araştırılmıştır ve örnekler verilmiştir.

Agriculture is the whole of the activities carried out to obtain products and it is carried out for the cultivation of various foodstuffs on the soil.The agricultural sector has been one of the most important socio-economic sources since the establishment of the Republic until today for Turkish Republic. Under the leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture, many policies have been implemented for the agricultural development of Turkey and many incentives have been given to farmers through agricultural support. Policies implemented throughout Turkey and policies issued throughout the province were also implemented in Giresun. While this issue is being examined, Dr. Muhammet Angın, who has been working in the Giresun Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry since the beginning of 1997 and has been the Provincial Directorate in the institution since June 2012, was interviewed. Before the main study examined agriculture and agricultural policies in Giresun, agriculture and agricultural policies in Turkey were investigated and examples were given.
