Çorum Binevler konut yerleştirme projesi

Abstract

Asıl olarak Çorum’un Binevler semtinde 1996 yılında Mehmet Çağıl tarafından ortaya atılan, kıymetli mimarlar Behruz ve Altuğ Çinici tarafından tasarlanmış Çorum Binevler Konut Yerleştirme Projesi, şehre ve yerel hayata pek çok katkıda bulunan ve mimari açıdan kayda değer öneme sahip bir projedir. Bu araştırmada ana kaynaklar olarak Behruz Çinici’nin proje sürecinde hazırladığı kitabı ve dönemin kooperatif başkanı Mehmet Çağıl ile yapılan röportajdan faydalanılmıştır. Araştırma, projenin fikir aşamasından sonucuna kadar olan süreci, projede rol alan mimarların ve projenin önemini ve bölgeye olan katkılarını gözler önüne koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Initially formed by Mehmet Çağıl in 1996 and designed by well-known architects Behruz Çinici and Altuğ Çinici, Çorum’s Binevler District Housing Project, not only benefitted the city and community, but also showcased great importance in terms of architectural value. Main sources in this research included Behruz Çinici’s book he wrote in hopes to aid the Project, and the interview done with Mehmet Çağıl who happened to be the head of Corporation at the time. Aim of this research is to investigate the Project, from its early developmental stages to its completion, also to highlight the importance of the architects involved, the Project itself and its undeniable benefits.
