Türkiye’de ilklerin şirketi Netaş: Kuruluşu, gelişimi ve Ar-Ge tarihi

Abstract

Bu proje kapsamında 20. yüzyılın ikinci yarısında doğan Türkiye’deki önemli özel telekomünikasyon şirketlerinden NETAŞ ele alınmıştır. Proje konu seçimini etkileyen önemli hususlardan bir tanesi NETAŞ’ın diğer Türk telekomünikasyon şirketlerine kıyasla Türkiye’de ve yurt dışında çeşitli stratejik planlarla daha uygun eylemler gerçekleştirmesidir. Bununla birlikte NETAŞ, Türkiye’nin ilk yerli telekomünikasyon cihazlarını üretmesi ve Türkiye’nin ilk yazılım ihracatını gerçekleştirmesi sebebiyle, Türkiye’nin telekomünikasyon ve bilgi işlem geçmişi açısından önemli bir yere sahip olmasıdır. Proje sürecinde NETAŞ Ar-Ge eski yöneticilerinden Ali Akurgal ile röportaj yapılmıştır ve geçmişteki önemli NETAŞ projeleri hakkında bilgi edinilmiştir. Within this project scope, NETAŞ which is a private telecommunication company that was founded in the second half of the 20th century has been studied. One of the major factors affecting the choice of project topic is NETAŞ performed more appropriate actions within Turkey and abroad compared to other telecommunication companies founded in Turkey. At the same time, NETAŞ had produced Turkey’s first domestic telecommunication devices and performed Turkey’s first software export. Therefore, NETAŞ has an important place in terms of Turkey’s telecommunications and computing history. During this project, an interview was held with Ali Akurgal, former director of NETAŞ R&D, and information was received about the important NETAŞ projects in the past.
