Tariş: Türkiye ekonomisine etkileri ve Ege üreticisi ile olan ilişkileri

Abstract

Türkiye ekonomisi kuruluş yıllarında büyük ölçüde tarıma dayalıydı. 1920-1929 yılları arasındaki özel sektör teşebbüslerinden sonuç gelmemesi üzerine devletçi bir karma ekonomi modeline yönelindi. İhracatın da büyük bir kısmını oluşturan tarımın üzerinde özel olarak durulması gerekiyordu. Bu kapsamda tarım satış kooperatiflerinin ve birliklerinin devlet yardımlarıyla yol alması kararlaştırıldı. Bu araştırmada bu kapsamda kurulan Tariş İncir, Üzüm, Pamuk ve Yağlı Tohumlar Tarım Satış Kooperatifleri Birliklerinin tarihi gelişimi incelenmiştir. Türkiye ve Ege tarımının tarihsel gelişimi, devlet-kooperatif ilişkileri ve devlet yardımlarının etkinliğini anlamak açısından TARİŞ tarihi büyük önem taşımaktadır.

The Turkish economy was largely based on agriculture during its early years. Due to the lack of success from private sector initiatives between 1920 and 1929, a state-driven mixed economy model was adopted. Special attention needed to be given to agriculture, which constituted a significant portion of exports. In this context, it was decided that agricultural sales cooperatives and unions would progress with the assistance of government aid. This study examines the historical development of the Tariş Agricultural Sales Cooperatives and Unions for Fig, Grape, Cotton, and Oil Seeds established within this framework. The history of TARİŞ is of great importance in terms of understanding the historical development of Turkish and Aegean agriculture, the relationship between the state and cooperatives, and the effectiveness of government assistance.
