Ankara’nın fark edilmeyen eseri: Bahçelievler Eser Sitesi’nin tarihi ve Ankara’nın şehirleşmesi üzerine etkileri

Bu projede Ankara’nın Bahçelievler semtinde bulunan ve ilk sitelerinden olan Eser Sitesi’nin tarihi, mimarisi ve yapıldığı döneme etkileri detaylı şekilde incelenmiştir. Araştırmada ilk olarak 1950-1960 yılların Ankara’sında şehirleşme ve mimari özellikler incelenmiş daha sonra Cumhuriyet döneminden başlayarak Bahçelievler semtinin değişimi ve Eser Sitesi’nin bu değişimdeki rolü araştırılmıştır. Bahçelievler semtinde müstakil evlerden blok apartmanlara geçiş sürecinden bahsedilmiş ve bu değişimde önemli olan site örnekleri sunulmuştur. Son olarak Eser Sitesi’nin yıllar içindeki değişimi birçok farklı perspektiften incelenmiştir. Projede hem sözlü hem de yazılı kaynaklar kullanılmıştır. Zamanında Eser Sitesi’nde ikamet etmiş olan site sakinleri ile röportajlar yapılmış olunup dönemin ve konunun ilgi makaleleri, dergi yazıları ve gazete haberlerinden yararlanılmıştır.

In this project, the history, architecture, and effects of the Eser Site, one of the first sites in the Bahçelievler district of Ankara, and the period in which it was built were examined in detail. In the research, firstly, urbanization and architectural features in Ankara between the 1950s and 1960s were examined, and then, starting from the Republican period, the changes of the Bahçelievler district and the role of Eser Sitesi in this change were investigated. The transition process from detached houses to block apartments in the Bahçelievler district was mentioned, and examples of sites that were important in this change were presented. Finally, the evolution of Eser Site over the years has been examined from many different perspectives. Both oral and written sources were used in the project. Interviews were conducted with the site residents who once lived in the Eser Site, and relevant articles, magazine articles, and newspaper news of the period and the subject were used.
