Cumhuriyet'in ilk 15 yılında Türkiye kadınının sosyal, siyasi ve akademik hayata dahil olması ve yapılan teşvikler

Türkiye’de toplumun şekillenmesinde büyük rolü olan kadınlar, yeni kurulan cumhuriyetle birlikte hem medeni hem de vatandaşlık haklarında büyük gelişmeler yaşamıştır. Gelişmelerin temelleri cumhuriyetin ilanı ile ilk olarak eğitim alanında atılmıştır, cumhuriyetin ilk 15 yılı boyunca hukuk, siyaset ve iş alanında yaşanan gelişmeler de bunu takip etmiştir. Özellikle o tarihte alınan kararlar günümüzdeki kadın kimliğinin yapı taşını oluşturup tüm toplumun şekillenişini derin bir şekilde etkilemiştir. Türkiye bu değişimleri diğer ülkelere göre çok daha hızlı bir şekilde ve erken tarihlerde gerçekleştirmiştir.

Women, who have a significant role in shaping the society in Turkey, have experienced great developments in both civil and citizenship rights with the newly established republic. The foundations of the developments were first laid in the field of education with the proclamation of the republic, followed by the developments in the field of law, politics and business during the first 15 years of the republic. Especially the decisions taken at that time constitute the building block of today's women's identity and have profoundly affected the shaping of the whole society. Turkey made these changes much faster and a much earlier date than other countries.
