YAPI-YOL SEN’in 1992-2000 yılları arasındaki faaliyetleri

Makalede, Türkiye’de memur sendikacılığının gelişim sürecine değinilerek yol, yapı, altyapı, tapu ve kadastro alanlarında hizmet veren devlet memurlarının çalışma şartlarını iyileştirme, hukuki haklarını savunma ve bu kişilerin sosyal ortamda örgütlenmesini sağlama amaçlarıyla 9 Haziran 1992 tarihinde kurulan YAPI-YOL SEN ele alınacaktır. YAPI-YOL SEN’in kuruluş ve örgütlenme süreçleri ile sendikanın kuruluşundan günümüze kadar gerçekleştirdiği faaliyetleri, bu faaliyetlerin amaçları ve bu amaçlara ne ölçüde ulaşılabildiği konularının üzerinde durulacaktır. Ayrıca, günümüzde memur sendikacılığının ve spesifik olarak YAPI-YOL SEN’in hedefleri ve faaliyetleri açısından nasıl bir konumda bulunduğu incelenecektir.

In the article, the development process of civil servant syndication in Turkey will be discussed, and YAPI-YOL SEN, which was established on 9 June 1992 with the aim of improving the working conditions of civil servants serving in the fields of road, structure, infrastructure, land registry and cadastre, defending their legal rights and ensuring their organization in the social environment will be discussed. The establishment and organization processes of YAPI-YOL SEN, the activities carried out by the syndicate from the day it was founded to the present, the aims of these activities and the extent to which these goals have been achieved will be emphasized. In addition, the position of civil servant syndication, and specifically YAPI-YOL SEN, in terms of its goals and activities will be examined.
