Kutlu ailesinin Kafkasya-Çeçenistan’dan Türkiye’ye göçü

Abstract

Bu makalede, Osmanlı-Rus Savaşlarının sonucunda Kutlu ailesinin Çeçenistan’dan Türkiye’ye göçü ve yerleşmesi incelenmiştir. 19. yüzyılın sonlarına doğru Osmanlı ve Rusya’nın genel siyasi yapısı ve devletler arasındaki husumet, Kutlu ailesi de dahil olmak üzere birçok Çeçen ailenin Türkiye’ye göç etmesine sebep olmuŞtur. Bu da itibariyle önce Osmanlı sonra da Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin sosyo-kültürel yapısını etkilemiştir, dolayısıyla göç eden Çeçenler’in göçlerinin ardındaki sebepler, göç sürecinde yaşadıkları içinde bulundukları şartlar ve sıkıntıların araŞtırılmasını da gerekli kılmıştır. Göç sürecinin yanında, Çeçenlerin göç sonrası yaşamı, Türkiye’nin halkının onları karşılama biçimi ve Türkiye’ye alışma süreçleri de incelenmiştir. Bu incelemeler yapılırken öncelikle yazılı kaynaklardan yararlanılarak konu genelden özele inilerek anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Daha sonra ise göç eden ailenin soyundan olan Ayla Kutlu ile yapılan röportajdan elde edilen ve yazılı kaynaklardan elde edinilenden daha spesifik olan bilgiler kullanılarak konunun daha özüne inilmiştir.

In this article, Kutlu family’s migration from Chechnya to Turkey in result of the OttomanRussian war was examined. Towards the end of the 19th century the general socio-political states of and the animosity between the Ottoman Empire and Russia caused many families including the Kutlu family to migrate from their homeland Chechnya to Turkey. This affected firstly Ottoman Empire’s and then Republic of Turkey’s socio-cultural structure, which made it important to examine the reasons behind the migration of Chechens, why they chose Turkey as their new home and what they went through during the migration process. Apart from the migration process it is also important to study the post migration period; how the Chechens ’ new life in Turkey and their adjustment period was and how the Turks met the immigrants. In the progress of the study primarily the written sources on the topic were used and the subject was examined going from general to more specific data. After that, by using the more specific data that was obtained from the interview conducted with Ayla Kutlu, who is a member of the Kutlu family, the subject was further explained.
