12 Eylül Darbesi’nin öğretmenlere ve örgün eğitime etkileri: ihtilal öncesi ve sonrasında eğitimci olmak

Abstract

12 Eylül 1980 tarihinde gerçekleşmiş olan askeri darbe, bilinen adıyla 12 Eylül İhtilali, Türkiye tarihine damga vurmuş olaylardan birisidir. Bu olay, Türkiye siyasi tarihinde iz bıraktığı gibi her bir vatandaşın, nitekim öğretmenlerin de hayatını etkilemiştir. Bu araştırmada; 12 Eylül İhtilalinin eğitim müfredatına, öğretmenlerin çalışma ortamına ve öğretmenlerin mesleki ve meslek dışı hayatlarına yansıması anlatılacaktır. Araştırmada; ihtilal döneminde görev yapmış öğretmenlerle yapılan röportajlar ile birlikte dönemde öğretmenleri ve eğitim sistemini konu almış gazete haberleri, makale ve tezlerden yararlanılmıştır. 1980 Darbesinin Türkiye tarihinde yarattığı etkiyi anlamak için bu olayı Türk toplumunu eğiterek ona yön veren öğretmenlerin perspektifinden aktarmak önem taşımaktadır

The military coup that took place on September 12, 1980 is one of the major events that left its mark on the history of Turkey. This event not only left a trace in the political history of Turkey but also affected the lives of every citizen, including the teachers. In this study; the reflection of the military coup on the education curriculum, teachers' working environment, teachers' professional and non-professional lives will be explained. In the research; along with the interviews with the teachers who were practicing the profession during the military coup; news articles, journal articles and theses about the period and the education system were used. In order to understand the impact of the 1980’s coup in Turkish history, it is important to convey this event from the perspective of teachers who educate and guide Turkish citizens
