dc.descriptionThe History of Turkey course (HIST200) is a requirement for all Bilkent undergraduates. It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.

dc.description.abstractNuh mete yüksel 41 yıllık savcılık hayatına Ankara hukuk fakültesinden mezun olduktan sonra başlamıştır. Bu araştırmada Nuh Mete Yükselin “Nuh Mete Yüksel Anlatıyor ve “Nuhun Gemisi” kitaplarından ve gazete haberlerinden yararlanılarak özel hayatı ve meslek hayatı incelenmiştir. Ayrıca kendisiyle yaptığımız röportajda, özel hayatıyla ilgile çok bilinmeyen ve başka hiçbir mecrada yer almayan bilgileri ve içinde bulunduğu davalardaki bazı detayları vermiştir.
dc.description.abstractNuh Mete Yüksel has been a prosecutor for 41 years and he started his job after his graduation from Ankara Law School. In this research, two of Nuh Mete Yüksel’s book “Nuh Mete Yüksel Anlatıyor” and “Nuh’un Gemisi" and newspaper articles were used to examine his private and professional life. Also, in the personal interviews with him, he talked about his unfamiliar personal life that had no place in anywhere and he gave some details about the cases which he took place in.
