This article examines the impact of the transition of Bulgarian immigrants to Turkey on their culinary cultures in three sections. The first section delves into the historical and social context of migrations, providing a detailed exploration of how migrations from Bulgaria to Turkey unfolded in four distinct waves. In the second section, the effects of immigrants' experiences on their cultural values and identities are explored, particularly within the context of culinary culture. The third section thoroughly investigates the evolution of culinary culture during immigrants' adaptation to living in Turkey and analyzes the implications of this evolution on Turkey's overall culinary culture.
