Halk eğitim merkezleri

Bu çalışma, hayat boyu öğrenme kurumları ve hayat boyu öğrenme kavramı temele alınarak yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın amacı, I. Beş yıllık kalkınma planı ile ortaya çıkan köy enstitü’lerinden günümüzde halen faaliyetlerde bulunan halk eğitim merkezleri’nin tarihini, kuruluş nedenleri ve amaclarını, merkezlerde hangi faaliyetlerin yürütüldüğünü, kimlerin görev yaptığı ve görev yapacak öğreticilerde hangi şartların arandığını, insanlar üstündeki sosyal ve kültürel etkilerini detaylıca göstermektir. Köy enstitüleri ve halk evleri’nin faaliyetlerine son verilip, çalışmalar halk eğitim merkezleri’ne devam etmesinin sebepleri, bu kurumlar arasındaki benzerlikler ve farklılıklar açıklanacaktır. Nüfus artışı, dönemin siyasi meseleleri ve birçok dış etmenlerden dolayı halk eğitim merkezleri’nin popülaritesinin giderek kaybolmasının olası nedenleri yazıya dökülecektir. Araştırmada nitel yöntemler anlamsal betimlemeler yapılarak aktarılmıştır. Resmi gazete kupürleri, milli eğitim şuraları, köy enstitüsü mezunlarından Ahmet Akbaş’ın söyleşisi, gazete arşivleri ve ağırlıklı olarak konu hakkındaki tezler araştırılmıştır. Tezlerden elde edilen kapsamlı bilgiler derinlemesine incelendikten sonra araştırma taslağımıza yalın ve öz bir şekilde aktarılmıştır.

This research draft was conducted on the basis of Lifelong Learning Institutions and the concept of lifelong learning. The aim of the study is to determine the history, reasons and purposes of the Public Education Centers, which activities are carried out in the centers, who work in the centers and what conditions are sought in the trainers who will work, to show the social and cultural effects in detail. The reasons why the activities of the Village Institutes and Citizen's Houses were terminated and the activities continued in the Public Education Centers, the similarities and differences between these institutions will be explained. Possible reasons for the gradual loss of popularity of Public Education Centers due to population growth, political issues of the period and many external factors will be written. Qualitative methods in the research were conveyed by making semantic descriptions. Official newspaper clippings, National Education Councils, interview of Ahmet Akbaş, graduate of the village Institute, newspaper archives and main theses on the subject were researched. After the comprehensive information obtained from the theses was examined in-depth, it was transferred to the research draft in a simple and concise manner.
