Türkiye’den Kore’ye bir dost: Süleyman Kaleci

İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent Üniversitesi Hist-200 dersi kapsamında yapılan bu araştırmada, birbirine uzak iki milleti bir cepheye getiren Kore Savaşı ve Kore Savaşı’nın etkileri, savaşı kendi gözleriyle görmüş olan Süleyman Kaleci’nin yardımıyla anlatıldı. Kore Savaşı öncesi Dünya ortamı, ve savaşın çıkma süreci araştırıldı. Süleyman Kaleci’yi Kore Savaşı’na götüren hayat hikayesi yazıya aktarıldı ve bir asker gözünden Kore Savaşı yılları anlatıldı. Süleyman Kaleci’nin yaşadığı anılar yardımıyla incelelenen Kore Savaşı ve ne kadar zor bir süreç olduğu yazı boyunca aktarıldı. Savaş sonrasında Güney Kore ve Türkiye arasında oluşan siyasi ve ekonomik ilişkilere de değinildi

In this research carried out within the scope of İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent University Hist 200 course, Korean War which brought two distant nations to a front and its effects, were explained with the help of Süleyman Kaleci, who saw the war with his own eyes. The world situation before the Korean War, and the process of the outbreak of the war were investigated. The life story of Süleyman Kaleci, which took him to the Korean War, was transcribed and the years of the Korean War were told through the eyes of a soldier. The Korean War, which was examined with the help of the memories of Süleyman Kaleci, and how difficult it was, was conveyed throughout the article. Political and economic relations between South Korea and Turkey after the war were also mentioned.
