Bursa'da ipek böcekçiliği endüstrisi ve bekçisi Kozahan

Bursa, Anadolu’nun ipekle tanışmasından bugüne kadar Türkiye’de ve Dünya’da ipeğin merkezi olma konumunu korumuştur. İpek ve ipekböcekçiliği tarih boyunca meydana gelen siyasi, ekonomik ve teknolojik gelişmelerden olumlu ve olumsuz olmak üzere etkilenmiştir. Mevcut durumu, sentetik ve ucuz ipekten kaynaklı olarak zirvedeki yerini kaybetmiş olsa da devlet, teşvik adı altında kooperatifler ve fabrikalar kurmuştur. Yerel halk ve devlet Bursa ipeğine hak ettiği değeri tekrar kazandırma amaçlı festival ve ücretsiz eğitim faaliyetleri sürdürmektedir. Hanlar şehri olarak bilinen Bursa’da en önemli han olma statüsüne Kozahan sahiptir. Köklü tarihini incelendiğinde Bursa’yı turistik ve özellikle ekonomik açıdan bir merkez haline getirdiğini görmek neden önemli olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Kozahan yalnızca ulusal açıdan değil uluslararası açıdan da cazibe merkezi olmuştur. çeşitli milletlerden tüccarlar burayı aktif bir ticaret merkezi olarak kullanmışlardır. Kurulduğu II.Beyazıt döneminden günümüze kadar ise bazı dönemlerde aktifliği artmış bazı dönemlerde ise azalmıştır. Fakat bu dönemlere rağmen Bursa ipekböcekçiliğini temsil eden yerini kaybetmemiştir.

Bursa has maintained its position as a center of the silk in the World and Turkey since Anatolia met with the silk. Throughout history, the silk and silkworm breeding has been affected by political, economic and technological changes as positive and negative. Current situation of the Bursa silk had lost its position in the peak due to synthetic and inexpensive silk, however, the government has constituted cooperatives and factories. In addition, there are feast and free education opportunities in order to enhance the importance of the Bursa silk. Kozahan has the status of being the most important khan in Bursa which known as the city of khans. Examining the rooted history, it is important to see why Bursa has turned it into a touristic and especially economic center. Kozahan has become a center of attraction not only nationally but also internationally. Traders of various nationalities used it as an active trading center. From the period of II.Beyazıt until the present day, Kozahan’s activity has increased and decreased time to time. However, it does not lose its significance on silkworm breeding.
