Kırşehir kaplıcaları

Abstract

Kırşehir, içinde bulundurduğu Terme ve Karakurt Kaplıcaları ile Türkiye’de kaplıca turizminin bir parçası halindedir. Bu çalışmada, Kırşehir’deki kaplıcaların tarihi gelişimi, kültürel özellikleriyle birlikte ele alınmıştır. Araştırmada, halkın kaplıcalara dair kültürel belleği ve Prof. Fritz Baade’nin Kırşehir termal su kaynaklarının kaplıcalaştırılma sürecine katkıları da ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca kaplıcalardaki suyun yapısı, sıcaklığı ve tedavi edici yönleri açısından incelenmiş, bu tesislerin sağlık turizmine katkıları ve altyapıları açıklanmıştır. Kırşehir is renowned for its hot springs and remains a key spa center in Anatolia. This paper examines the development of Kırşehir’s hot springs from the past to present, along with their cultural aspects. The legends about the hot springs, passed down through generations, reflect the belief in the healing properties of these waters and reveal the deep-rooted spa tradition in the region. Prominent hot springs such as Terme, Karakurt, and Mahmutlu are analyzed in terms of their water composition, temperature, and therapeutic effects, while their contributions to health tourism and existing infrastructure are also discussed.
