The Turkish coffee culture, especially popular during the Ottoman Empire era, has encountered some sociological changes over the years and became not only a gastronomic element but also a building block of the coffee culture up to the present day. Mandabatmaz Kahvecisi stands out as one of the significant representatives of coffee culture in Turkish history, located in a valuable spot in Beyoğlu. In this research, it is aimed to focus on the significance of coffee in Turkish culture, the role of Turkish coffee in the Ottoman Empire, and the specific role of Mandabatmaz in this context, including its establishment, development, changes undergone over the years, and its stance against the transformations in Turkey.
