1980’lerden 2000’lere Türkiye'de kadın futbolu

Kadınların birçok alandaki etkinlikleri toplumsal cinsiyet algısı sonucunda erkeklere kıyasla çok daha geç oluşmuştur. Bu alanlardan biri de gerek Türkiye’de gerekse yurtdışında popülerliğini sürdürmekte olan ve erkek sporu olarak bilinen futboldur. Kadın futbolunun oluşum ve gelişim sürecinde birtakım zorluklarla karşılaşılmıştır ve bu nedenlerden dolayı da erkek futbolu kadar hızlı gelişememiştir. Bu sektörde oynayan kadınlar da toplumun sosyal “kadın” algısından dolayı bazı negatif bakış açılarıyla karşılaşmış ve bu da gelişimi yavaşlatmıştır. Bu noktada TFF, 1980-2000 bu durumu düzeltmek ve kadın futbolunu geliştirme adına birçok işe imza atmıştır. Ancak bu konu altyapılar için geçerli olmamıştır. Türkiye’deki kadın futbolu özellikle 1980-2000 yılları arasında kayda değer bir değişim ve gelişim göstermiştir. Bu ödevde 1980-2000’ler arasında daraltılarak kadın futbolunda var olmuş kişilerin deneyimlerinden ve bilgilerinden faydalanılmıştır. Kadın futbolunun dünyada ve Türkiye’deki karşılaştırılması yapılarak, genel anlamda neden hak ettiği yere ulaşamadığı kadının toplumdaki yeri, karşılaştığı finansal sıkıntılar göz önünde bulundurularak detaylı bir biçimde açıklanmıştır.

Women's activities in many fields are formed much later than men, as a result of gender perception. One of these fields is football, which continues to be popular both in Turkey and abroad and is known as a men's sport. Some difficulties were encountered in the formation and development process of women's football and for these reasons, it could not develop as fast as men's football. Women playing in this sector have also encountered some negative perspectives due to the social "woman" perception of the society, and this slowed down the development. At this point, between 1980 and 2000, TFF has done many things in order to correct this situation and to develop women's football. However, this issue did not apply to youth development. Women's football in Turkey has shown a remarkable change and development, especially between 1980-2000. In this research, between the 1980s and 2000s and the experiences and knowledge of the people who existed in women's football were utilized. By making a comparison of women's football in the world and in Turkey, the place of women in society, why they cannot reach the place they deserve in general, is explained in detail, taking into account the financial difficulties they face.
