Yugoslav'yadan bir göç hikayesi: Muhtar Ailesi

Stratejik konumu çok önemli olan Federal Yugoslavya Cumhuriyeti varlığını 1945’den 1980’e kadar devam ettirmiştir. çok kültürlü yapısı olan Yugoslavya; Bosna- Hersek, Hırvatistan, Karadağ, Sırbistan, Slovenya ve Makedonya federelerinden oluşmuştur. O dönemde Yugoslavya’da ekonomik ve siyasi sorunlar yaşanmaktaydı ve bu durum, Yugoslavya’da yaşayan kişilerin hayatlarını zorlaştırmıştır. Yugoslavya'da yaşayan Türkler de hem bu sebeplerden dolayı hem de onlara yapılan haksızlıklardan dolayı dört tane göç dalgası yaşamıştır. Bu göçlerin tarihçesi de 1877-78 yıllarına kadar dayanmıştır. Türkiye’nin izlediği göçmen politikası da zamanla değişiklik göstermiş ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti tarafından serbest göçmenlere herhangi bir devlet yardımı sağlanmamıştır. Bu çalışmada da serbest göçmenlerden olan Muhtar ailesinin Yugoslavya'dan Türkiye'ye göç etmesi, bu süreçte yaşadıkları ve Türkiye'deki hayatları Mukaddes Daldal ile yapılan röportaj ve çeşitli kaynaklar yardımıyla anlatılmıştır.

Federal Yugoslavia Republic, whose strategic location is vital, existed from 1945 to 1980. The multi-cultural Yugoslavia was made up of Bosnia Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia and Macedonia. In those days there was economic and political problems in Yugoslavia and those problems made life difficult for the people who lived there Turks who lived in Yugoslavia lived four immigration waves not only because of the reasons above but also because of the injustices against them. The history of these waves goes to 1877-78. The immigration policy Turkey followed has changed over the years and no government aid was provided by the Turkish government to the immigrants. In this study the Yugoslavian immigrant Muhtar family’s migration to Turkey, what they went through during this process and their lives in Turkey were explained by the help of the interview with Mukaddes Daldal and several sources.
