Tarım-iş sendikası kuruluş tarihi (1961-2000)

Tarım-İş Sendikası Türkiye’de yasal sendikacılığın başladığı 1961 yılında kurulmuştur. Bu makalede 1961 yılında kurulan Tarım-iş sendikasının kuruluş tarihinden itibaren kanunlarla birlikte yaşadığı değişimlere, bu değişimlerin hem işçi sınıfına hem de Tarım-İş Sendikasına bağlı işletmelere etkisi incelenmiştir. Sendikanın amaç, görev ve işleyişi hakkında çeşitli bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Tarım-İş Sendikası da diğer sendikalar gibi 1970’li yıllarda Türkiye’de gelişen işçi hareketinin de katkısıyla sektördeki özel zorlukları aşarak kendisini kabul ettirmiştir. Bu süreç içerisindeki grevler ve faaliyetler detaylarıyla incelenmiştir. Ayrıca makalede 1980 darbesi kısaca açıklanarak Tarım-İş Sendikasına etkisi ve darbe sonrasında sendikanın yeniden canlanması açısından önemi ve bu süreçte sendikanın ve işçilerin durumu incelenmiştir.

Tarım-İş Union was established in 1961, when legal trade unionism began in Turkey. In this article, the impact of these changes on both the working class and the enterprises associated with the Tarım-İş Union has been examined on the changes that the agri-business union, founded in 1961, has experienced with the laws since its establishment. Various information about the purpose, duty and functioning of the trade union is given. Like other trade unions, the Tarım-İş Union has overcome special challenges in the sector with the contribution of the workers' movement that developed in Turkey in the 1970s. The strikes and activities in this process were examined in detail. In addition, the 1980 coup was briefly explained in the article and its impact on the Tarım-İş Union and its importance in terms of the revival of the trade union after the coup and the situation of the trade union and workers in this process were examined.
