Directional selectivity through the subwavelength slit in metallic gratings

Series

Abstract

An approach for obtaining strong directional selectivity through a single subwavelength slit in non-symmetric metallic gratings is shown theoretically and experimentally. Directionality effect originates from the different resonance frequencies of two interfaces. © 2011 OSA.
